Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer, tevens is er toegang naar het bovenliggende terras met prachtig zeezicht. De huurders van dit huis kunnen gebruiken maken van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad.
